2. Management of personal information
UAPACAA Partners appoints its representative director as the personal information protection manager and takes all necessary safety measures to ensure proper management, including preventing unauthorized access to acquired personal information and the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of such information. In addition, even if the handling of personal information is entrusted to a party other than the person responsible for management, the company will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of the trustee.

UAPACAA Partners may outsource the handling of personal information. In such cases, we will stipulate necessary matters in the outsourcing contract and ensure that appropriate management is implemented to prevent leakage of personal information.
